Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Side-lying postions are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Integrated with stretching and holds you will feel refreshed.

Hot Stone Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Reflexology
With my Reflexology therapy, patients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I’m trained in a variety of techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. Integrative Massage Therapy
Integrative massage therapy is basedon the idea that not just one massage therapy technique is right for every person or can solve ever problem. Integrative massage involves the integration of hands-on therapeutic techniques from a number of differen modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Myofacial Release. Heat therapy of hot towels, hot stones, also essential oils can also be integrated into the session of therapeutic results for the client.
